My entrepreneurial journey started in High School, selling class notes. This was probably my most profitable business tbh.

I’ve since become a degen entrepreneur. Stumbling into ownership of 6 random companies - from a business brokerage to a co-working space (no, not WeWork).

I started this site because ambitious entrepreneurs often sacrifice personal health + relationships to achieve business success (guilty ✋).

After learning the hard way, I now know this is not true. As a result, I created a concept called h/wealth = financial wealth without sacrificing health + longevity.
